The printed book is facing dark days, even at the big chains. But there’s something truly beautiful about an old, classic book that can’t be replicated.
It’s probably why we’re drawn to these amazing book chargers from Rich Neeley Designs. To create these repurposed books, bibliophiles Rich and Brenna “rescue” books from literary piles and forlorn book shelves, then fit them with gadgetry to accept either an iPhone or iPad. The result: a strange juxtaposition of ink and internet.
Books run the gamut from “Huckleberry Finn” to “Harry Potter.” It’s a great way to use your old reading device to power your new reading device.
