THIS BALLOON WILL BLOW YOUR MIND

Chef Grant Achatz has done it again! His signature Michelin 3 star restaurant in Chicago, Alinea, has created a balloon made of dehydrated granny smith apples. It is filled with helium like a regular balloon and served with a pin so you can pop it for your eating pleasure. Watch the video above and see a desert so light it leaves you high on helium. We can’t help but wonder what’s next from these guys!
