As a sneakerhead of the first order, Adventure Capitalist is constantly on the lookout for kicks that are not only comfortable and effective, but also distinctive. It’s been a rainy March for many of us, so lately I’ve been wearing out the soles of my favorite rain boots, which for some reason are among my most often-complemented pairs of shoes. “Hey those’re sweet, where’d you get them?” Seems a lot of you have never heard of Swedish boot manufacturer Tretorn. Allow me!
Tretorn makes waterproof rain boots for girls, guys, and kids. As a dude, I recommend the Årsta model seen above. Reflective detailing, Microfleece lining, and they’re easy to slip on and off. For the ladies, I think the Emelie model is worth a look. It reminds me of those classic Hunter Welly boots, only cheaper. And Swedish. All this and more at Tretorn.
