Getting dressed for the modern man is confusing. We’ve got billionaires in hoodies for crying out loud. For those of us still aspiring billionaires, dressing is more a pain. Shirts, ties, collars, jackets—there’s a lot of moving pieces, and they often don’t play well. As a solution, there’s a myriad of little accessories, from collar stays to tie bars, that actually add further complication to the morning ritual. You end up becoming a walking jewelry store.
Look once again to Kickstarter for a solution. Fashion Anchors are a fix so simple as to be almost self-evident. The anchors are tiny pieces of adhesive, sticky on both sides, and easily removable. Affix them to wherever the wardrobe trouble spot—a loose collar, a flapping tie, a too-long sleeve—for a quick, cheap solve.
The guys need a few more grand to get things going. It’s a simple, neat idea that could really…stick.
