In the mood for some deep friend snacks? So was Henry Hargreave, the artist who created this series of deep friend tech gadgets that is intriguing, shocking, and gross all at the same time. Wired Raw File blogger Pete Brook wrote about the series and its connection between consumption of technology and junk food in the US and developed world.
This “strange cultural mashup” is indicative of the growing concern about the health and environmental impact of the devices he has fried. Luckily for you tech lovers who don’t want to see a perfectly good iPad 3 thrown into a vat of hot oil, Hargreaves actually mocked up the goods out of foam.
