ISTOCKPHOTO UNVEILS THE COLLECTIVE COMIC PROJECT

Image via iStockphoto

Today iStockphoto is unveiling its Collective Comic Project at the WIRED Cafe at Comic-Con. The comic will be progressively illustrated by 10 iStock contributors from around the globe over a 10-week period. The storyline will be developed with input from Comic-Con attendees and members of Feast, iStock’s online community for creative people of all types. Feast is a free site, so if you’ve always wanted the opportunity to participate in developing a comic, now’s your chance.

Visit www.feast.istockphoto.com to learn more about the project and vote on the story elements including the hero, the villain and most importantly, the love interest! Participants will also be given the chance to submit their own ideas and the best ones will be worked into the story. Voting ends on July 17 and the results will be revealed on the 25th. The first panel will be uploaded on August 1.
