IMPROVE YOUR PERFORMANCE BY BLINDING YOURSELF

Ok, only temporarily. At least that’s what Nike believes. The company recently introduced some very unique glasses with the hopes of increasing physical reaction times.
When athletes slip on a pair of Nike’s SPARQ Vapor Strobe Eyewear, the glasses block their vision temporarily with a strobe-like effect. The idea is that the athlete’s brain will learn to anticipate what’s coming (be it a basketball, a soccer ball, or an opponent) which will lead to improved reaction times.
