SEATTLE’S HUMBLEFACTORY TAKES CENTER STAGE
Video via CNN Idea Series
Is the maker movement gaining momentum?
The Humblefactory is a Seattle-based design laboratory dedicated to filling holes the mass-market manufacturing can’t–-or won’t. Founder Dominic Muren has spoken at TEDx and PopTech and has become a voice for creative designers and engineers across the U.S. and Europe.
It’s no surprise then that Muren’s awesome makerspace-–and the entire maker movement–-scored some coverage on CNN. Although the word “maker” was always put in quotations (like it’s not a real thing), the article and video is still worth checking out.
Find it over at the CNN Idea Series.
