There’s never been a better time to be a bicycle lover. Whether you’re a pro or a newbie, there are great bikes, cool helmets, sweet packs, and quality clothing out there for you. Here are our picks for the greatest gear in cycling right now:
Lazer, usually a maker of helmets, released a $95 pair of sunglasses that do more than just protect your eyes. The special photochromic lenses let more or less light reach your eyes depending on the amount of sunshine (or lack of).
Dahon’s $699 Curve D3 is a three-speed bicycle that’s fun and functional – and, oh yeah, foldable. Even though the wheels are smaller and the frame is hinged, the ride is surprisingly stable.
