Summer Adventure Travel
Getting away for a long weekend is great, but every once in awhile you owe it to yourself to get away. I’m talking about an adventure to someplace exotic, a chance to cross a few things off your bucket list that you didn’t even know were on it.
The thought of planning this kind of expedition can be enough to keep people from doing it. But guys, it’s 2011! There are plenty of great resources that can help with the heavy lifting, and I want to share one in particular: alumni travel. Almost every major university has a travel program that offers its alumni ready-made trips to nearly every part of the world. Check out these examples from Penn St. and UCLA, or google your alma mater’s program.
